Yes, there is an on-site fitness center. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a one-time fee of $50 for membership.
Is there an on-site maintenance team?
Yes, The Lafayette at Valley Forge has an onsite maintenance team, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available as well.
How is rent paid?
Convenient online payment options are available. We have a free e-check option and accept credit card payments and cash payments via MoneyGram.

How do I apply for an apartment at The Lafayette at Valley Forge?
You can apply on our website at your convenience. Please note that we require a $50 application fee for all leasing applicants and a $25 application fee for any non-leasing applicants over 18. These fees will need to be paid before your application can be submitted.
